Reach us by phone at +34 954 929 292, by email, or visit our centre directly at C. Sta. María de los Reyes, 6, Local A in Seville. We'll answer all your questions in person.
We offer sessions on safe online banking, identifying SMS and email fraud, and understanding pension revaluation. Pick what matters most to you right now.
Our workshops are small, friendly, and designed for beginners. There's no pressure to keep up. You learn at your own pace, in a supportive group environment.
Many banks now encourage customers to manage their accounts online. Our workshop walks you through the process step by step, so you feel secure every time you log in.
Fraudulent SMS and email messages are becoming more convincing. Our workshop shows you the specific patterns and red flags that reveal a scam, even when it looks official.
All workshops are free, held in small groups, and require no prior digital knowledge.

Credentaro was founded by volunteers in Seville who noticed how rapidly digital banking was replacing in-person services. Our workshops grew out of a genuine need: helping people who didn't grow up with smartphones navigate a world that increasingly assumes digital fluency.
We are a registered non-profit association. All our educational activities are free of charge. We receive no payment from banks or financial institutions. Our only goal is informed, confident participation in digital life.
All workshops are free and open to anyone aged 65 or over. No prior experience needed.
