Registering for a Credentaro workshop takes just a few minutes. Here is everything you need to know before you arrive.
Our workshops are open to anyone aged 65 or over living in or near Seville. You don't need any prior experience with computers, smartphones, or online banking. We start from the very beginning.
If you have a smartphone or tablet, bring it along. We'll work with your own device where possible. If you don't have one, we have devices available in the workshop space. A notepad is useful but not required.
We keep sessions small deliberately. This means the facilitator can answer individual questions and make sure nobody gets left behind. Each session runs with a maximum of twelve participants.
All our workshops are conducted in Spanish. Our written materials are available in both Spanish and English on request.

We ask that you let us know you're coming so we can keep groups small. A quick phone call or email is enough. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available.
Absolutely. Family members are welcome to attend alongside participants. This can be particularly helpful in the first session if a participant feels more comfortable with a familiar face present.
